Curved geometries and cutting-edge finishes. The biggest challenge of this project in Premià de Dalt was redesigning a terrace with a swimming pool where there wasn't a single straight line. We carried out a meticulous study of the pool's coping to adapt the porcelain tiles to the organic shapes of the pool, also constructing a new slab with optimized slopes for drainage . A work of precision that demonstrates how technique and design can completely transform the character of a classic bathing area.
This project was the culmination, in two phases, of the rehabilitation of the swimming pool and surrounding area, which was over 60 years old.
To carry out this work, all the existing wood had to be dismantled, a new foundation slab had to be made, and new slopes had to be distributed for the drainage of the terrace.
Redesign the shape of the terrace and conduct a study of the new coping, since there is not a single straight line in the entire pool.
The new wall covering chosen is Rosa Gres, model Lovely Dark, which blends perfectly with the house and its surroundings. Being a wood-effect pattern, it complements the existing aesthetic of the home.
