In this project, the challenge was immense: upon removing the old pool liner, we discovered a metal structure severely damaged by rust. At Reindesa Piscines, we carried out a thorough restoration, replacing joints and rusted components to restore its necessary strength . The result is a completely renovated pool thanks to the installation of reinforced membrane, which guarantees perfect watertightness and an impeccable aesthetic finish in just 3 days.
Tear off the existing liner, revealing the poor condition of the metal structure.
Repair and replace all rusted joints and components of the pool.
Rehabilitate the entire metal surface to prevent further oxidation of the galvanized panels.
Installation of the reinforced sheet of the Persia Azul model from the Alkorplan 3000 Series by Renolit.
A layer of geotextile was installed to isolate the reinforced membrane from the concrete slab. This also provides a comfortable and soft feel underfoot.
Placement of the sheet on the floor and walls by welding in situ .
The pool was finished in 3 days, and it was ready to be filled as soon as we finished our work.
