The residents' association completely renovated the community's leisure area, swimming pool and tennis court
The pool needed interior grouting; the pool deck and tennis court paving no longer drained properly and were very old.
Once the pool was emptied, the broken and missing tiles were replaced and it was completely refinished.
In the pool's beach pavement, drainage was opened and a special decorative lawn for frequent use was installed around the entire perimeter of the beach.
On the tennis court, once it had been cleaned with pressurized water, the existing cracks and fissures were repaired and two soft layers of color in the same original tone were applied.
