We solve leak problems in communal swimming pools in record time. In this homeowners' association in Badalona, we resolved a significant technical challenge: a pool built on a concrete slab that was causing leaks in the commercial space below . By applying ALKORPLAN reinforced membrane and completely replacing the built-in fittings, we guaranteed a completely watertight and lasting seal. A 12-day intervention restored peace of mind to the residents and eliminated structural risks to the building.
