You’re probably wondering what happened? And while it might surprise you, it’s a recurring problem. Orange or brown stains are due to the presence of metal oxides in the water (mainly iron and manganese, as well as copper and/or tannins), and often this is because the water used to fill the pool is well water.
All these minerals oxidize when they come into contact with the disinfectant used in the pool.
What should we do?

Ensure that the levels of disinfectant used are at 0 ppm before applying the product.

Use a METAL SEQUESTER : 1kg of MULTI STAIN REMOVER per 50m3

Apply directly to the stained area or distribute it around the perimeter of the pool.

If the pool is made of liner, reinforced membrane, or fiberglass , DO NOT POUR directly. Place the product inside a cloth bag and suspend it with a string as close as possible to the stain.
It is important to wash the filter and let the filtration run for 24 hours until you get clear, clean water.
